Video Audio Echo Cleanup

I have a short video whose dialogue is masked by noticeable echo / reverb and a layer of crowd chatter in the background. I need the voice to come through clearly but still sound natural—no metallic artifacts or harsh gating—so the ambience of the location feels present yet unobtrusive.
Please work directly on the audio track (or a separated stem) using professional restoration tools such as iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, Reaper with ReaFIR, or comparable software that handles de-reverb and spectral noise reduction gracefully. The goal is to strike a balance between voice intelligibility and the remaining background so the result does not feel artificially “dead.”
Deliverables:
• Cleaned, fully synced audio file (WAV, 48 kHz, 24-bit)
• A version of the video with the restored soundtrack in place (same resolution and length as original)
• Brief note outlining the key processing stages so I can replicate or tweak later if needed
