I have a short business PowerPoint—fewer than ten slides—currently scripted and narrated in English. I need it converted into clear, professional-sounding Mandarin, with the new audio embedded directly in the same slides so the deck is presentation-ready the moment I open it.
Here is what I will supply:
• The original PPT file with its English text and narration notes.
• Any brand pronunciation guidance or terminology lists that may help.
What I need from you:
• Accurate, audience-appropriate translation of the on-screen text and spoken content.
• A native-quality Mandarin voice-over recorded at balanced volume and pace, suitable for a business setting.
• Integration of each audio track into its corresponding slide, replacing the English narration while keeping slide animations and timings intact.
• A quick test export so I can confirm audio quality before you finalise.
Preferred tools are Microsoft PowerPoint and any professional recording software (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.) as long as the final PPT opens flawlessly on Windows. Once approved, you will deliver the updated PPT plus the Mandarin script in a separate text file for my records.
