Arabic Voice Recording & Transcription

I need clear, studio-quality voice recordings in Arabic as well as a faithful transcription of my handwritten notes into editable digital text. The notebooks switch between Arabic and English, so accuracy in both scripts is essential.
Here is what the job looks like from my side:
• You receive batches of scanned pages (Arabic, English, or mixed).
• First, convert every handwritten line into neatly formatted Word or Google Doc text, matching original spelling and punctuation.
• Then record the Arabic portions as clean, steady-paced audio (WAV or high-bitrate MP3). A short naming convention—page-number and line range—will keep everything aligned.
A brief test page can be supplied so you can show the audio tone and transcription style before we dive into the full set. Timely turnaround and consistent file labeling will be my key acceptance criteria. Audacity, Adobe Audition, or any DAW you prefer is fine as long as the output is noise-free.
