Realistic Animation Storyboard and Assets

I need a detailed storyboard and animated assets for a project.

Requirements:

Storyboarding:
- Outline every scene, transition, and interaction.
- Ensure clear visual storytelling and user engagement.

Asset Creation:
- Hand-sketch all visual elements.
- Refine and vectorize in Adobe Illustrator.
- Exported assets must be animation-ready.

Animation in Adobe Animate:
- Use HTML Canvas only (no ActionScript).
- Implement object tweening for smooth motion.
- Include interactive elements on button/object press:
- Change visuals or state.
- Text reveal animations for dynamic info.

Ideal skills and experience:
