Export some smiley GIF from FLA

I have FLA file of a There are several animation and simply need it converted into a web-ready GIF. The GIF must 100x100 for each smiley. Just you can resize them:

• Keep the background fully transparent
• Loop smoothly in under 5 seconds
• Be optimized for fast page loads without obvious artefacts

Please deliver the final GIF along with a brief note of the export settings or steps you used so I can reproduce the result if I tweak the artwork later. If you’re comfortable with Adobe Animate (Flash) or an equivalent workflow, this should be a quick task.
