Anime Financial Management Reel

I’m producing a 3–4 minute anime-style reel that demystifies budgeting and saving for a social-media audience. The entire piece must be built in Adobe Animate—absolutely no AI assistance at any stage.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Character animation and scene layout that follow my script exactly. I’ll send over a specific color palette and reference notes so the design stays on brand.

• A serious, professional voice-over recorded and mixed to sit perfectly with the visuals and financial messaging.

• Manual-work evidence: the .fla project files, screen recordings that show your timeline workflow and asset creation, plus any rough passes that demonstrate your process.

The finished video should flow smoothly, tell a clear story about budgeting and saving, and feel native to short-form platforms such as Reels or TikTok. Clean typography, snappy transitions, and on-beat lip-sync are essential.

Deliverables for approval
1. Storyboard and key poses
2. First animation pass with placeholder VO
3. Final Adobe Animate files, high-resolution export (1080 × 1920), mastered audio, and all process recordings
