AJO/AEP/RTCDP Enterprise Architecture Consulting

I am rolling out Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform and RTCDP in a large-scale environment and need a senior-level architect to guide the implementation phase. The groundwork is already laid; what I now require is deep, hands-on technical consulting to ensure the enterprise architecture is robust, future-proof and fully aligned with our business objectives.
Your mission will be to review the current design, validate data flows, refine our identity and consent models, and advise on best-practice governance across multiple regions. I will look to you for prescriptive guidance on platform configuration, schema design, source and destination connections, tag management, and real-time event orchestration. Clear documentation and knowledge transfer sessions for my internal development team are essential.
