iPad Fillable PDF Form
Budget: $300 – $500 USD
I already have a finished PDF and now need it converted into an iPad-friendly, fillable form. The form must:
• Keep the current layout but tweak some existing fields where needed (we can walk through the exact label or placement changes together).
• Include a “Submit” button that automatically emails the completed form to a single, hard-coded address.
• Include a “Clear Form” button so the same file can be reused immediately on the device.
Please return a self-contained PDF that functions smoothly in standard iPad PDF readers (Adobe Acrobat for iOS, Apple’s Files preview, etc.). I’ll test the file on my side; once everything sends and resets correctly, the job is complete. Source assets and any instructions for updating the destination email in the future should be provided as well.
