Word Docs to Adobe Sign Forms
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have two existing Word documents that need a quick refresh before they become fillable, sign-ready forms. The job starts with light content edits, a few formatting tweaks, and swapping in our updated logo. Once the text and layout look polished, I need each file converted and uploaded as an Adobe Sign template so every field—names, dates, check boxes, signatures—functions interactively on desktop and mobile.
When you’re done, I expect:
• The revised Word originals (and PDFs if that’s part of your workflow)
• Two fully tested Adobe Sign templates, ready for immediate use
• A brief note or screen-share recording that shows how I can make future logo or text changes myself
All fields must validate correctly, required signatures must lock the document as intended, and the display should remain consistent across devices. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and, of course, Adobe Sign will make this a smooth, fast turnaround.
