I’ve created a presentation and saved the pages as a PDF, but I’m completely new to the binding process and don’t know how to package everything into a single, polished file. I need the document assembled so that each slide appears in order, any page transitions work smoothly, and—most importantly—my embedded videos or audio clips play seamlessly without extra clicks or external links.
Here’s what I have so far: individual PDF pages plus the accompanying media files. I’m happy to supply them via cloud storage or any method you prefer. If you think Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, or another tool is best, please let me know; I’m open to whichever workflow reliably produces a self-contained PDF presentation.
What I expect back:
• A final, fully bound PDF presentation with all pages ordered and every video or audio clip embedded and playable inside the file.
• A brief note (screenshots or written steps) showing how you achieved it so I can update future versions myself.
