Update Text in Scanned PDF
Budget: €10 – €30 EUR
I have a scanned PDF that needs a clean text update. The existing pages must stay exactly as they are—layout, fonts, spacing, everything—while new sentences I have already prepared are inserted in the right spots. Because the file is a scan, you’ll probably want to run OCR or work with an overlay layer in Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, or another PDF editor so the added text sits naturally on the page and prints crisply.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• An updated PDF that matches the look of the original but includes the new text exactly as provided.
• All pages remain the same size and order, with no visible artefacts or quality loss.
• A second copy (optional but appreciated) in an editable format—Acrobat .pdf with live text or an exported Word file—so I can tweak minor wording later if needed.
Turn-around is flexible but sooner is better. Let me know which tool you plan to use and any questions about placement before you begin, and we can lock in the final delivery date together.
