Update Numbers in PDF or JPEG file

I have a single-page PDF that blends photos with overlaid text. Only three numeric values in that text need to be swapped out; everything else—including the images, layout, and background texture—must remain untouched and look completely original.
Please replicate the existing typography exactly: same font, weight, size, and colour so the edits are visually invisible. When the work is done, return the page to me as a high-resolution JPEG.
