Two Stage Locked PDF Form

I have an existing PDF template that needs to be turned into a fully interactive form in Adobe Acrobat. The form must include both single-line and multi-line text fields, several dropdowns populated with predefined choices, and two clearly separated sections, each with its own signature field.
Section 1 will be completed and signed first; the moment that signature is applied the fields in that section must be locked so no further edits are possible. Section 2 stays open, can be filled in later, and should only lock after its own signature is added. I am fine with JavaScript or any Acrobat action that reliably enforces this behaviour.
Deliverables
• Finished, editable PDF that mirrors my template’s layout
• Working field-level scripts or settings that lock Section 1 on first signature and Section 2 on the second
• A brief note explaining how the locking was set up, in case future tweaks are required
