I have an editable PDF that contains all the text and tables I need, but it still requires clean-up and structure. Your task is to turn that content into a polished, two-page letterhead document with basic fillable text fields.
Here’s what I need done:
• Remove any coloured or shaded backgrounds still sitting behind the tables so everything prints cleanly.
• Drop the content onto a simple, professional letterhead layout—no special brand guidelines; just a tidy, business-ready look.
• Convert all user-entry areas to basic interactive text fields only (no dropdowns or calculations).
Please return the finished file as a fully interactive PDF plus a non-fillable print version, both ready for immediate use.
