Split 13k PDF & Convert
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a single PDF that runs nearly 13,000 pages. It’s far too cumbersome to navigate, so I need it broken into smaller, 500-page chunks. Once the PDF is split, each chunk should be converted to an editable Word (.docx) file while keeping the original layout, fonts, headers, footers, images, and tables exactly as they appear in the source.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Twenty-six PDF files, each containing 500 pages, sequenced and named clearly (e.g., Part 01 pp 1-500, Part 02 pp 501-1000, etc.).
• A matching set of twenty-six Word documents, one for every split section, with the same page ranges and file names.
• No reflow, missing graphics, or altered styling—the Word files should open looking indistinguishable from the PDF pages.
Feel free to use Adobe Acrobat, Abbyy, Nitro, or any other reliable PDF toolchain, as long as the end result meets the criteria above. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any clarifying questions you may have.
