Spanish Software Spec Translation & Formatting

Job ID: 40101814

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

I have a detailed software specification sheet in English that must be rendered into impeccable Spanish by someone who already understands the language of APIs, protocols, and version-control jargon. Every term, note and acronym needs to arrive in Spanish with the same precision the engineering team expects, so an advanced command of both languages and software terminology is non-negotiable.

Once the wording is perfect, I also need the document rebuilt as a polished, press-ready PDF that mirrors the current layout—tables, diagrams, headers, footers, cross-references and all interactive links intact. Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, or any other professional PDF tool is fine as long as the end result opens flawlessly and keeps file size reasonable.

Deliverables:
• Fully translated Spanish text in an editable source file (Word, InDesign, or equivalent)
• Final PDF matching the original design and pagination
• A brief terminology list for any industry-specific choices that might raise questions

I’ll supply the spec sheet and original fonts the moment we start, and I’m on hand to clarify any domain-specific nuances so there’s no guessing.
