I need a reliable linguist who can take a batch of scanned Spanish business documents (supplied as JPEG images), retype every word, translate the content into clear, formal English, and return the result as polished, text-searchable PDFs that mirror the original layout. No specialist jargon is involved; a precise, general business tone is what matters.
While you are free to use OCR or CAT tools such as ABBYY, Trados, Adobe Acrobat, or even Microsoft Word for drafts, final proofreading must be manual so that accents, punctuation, figures, dates, and names remain flawless.
Deliverables
• One professionally formatted English PDF for each JPEG provided
• A Word file containing the same English text for future editing
Acceptance criteria
• Translation reads naturally in a formal, professional register suitable for external business use
• Page structure, headings, tables, and any logos match the source as closely as possible
• PDFs are fully searchable and open without errors
