Spanish JPEGs to English PDFs -- 2

I have a collection of well over fifty JPEG scans containing everyday notes, informal letters, and short articles in Spanish. Some lines are printed, others are handwritten. I need every page rendered in clear, natural English and re-typed so the final files read like native PDFs, not scanned images.

What the job involves
• Translate every word from Spanish to English, including handwritten annotations.
• Re-type and format each page, matching the original layout—headings, paragraphs, bullet points, line breaks.
• Deliver text as searchable, non-flattened PDFs; editable Word or Google Docs files should accompany them.
• Maintain accuracy (≥99 %) and smooth, idiomatic English; no raw machine translation.
• You may start with OCR tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY or Tesseract, but every line must be manually verified.

Deliverables
1. One English PDF for each original JPEG.
2. A single compiled PDF with all pages in order.
3. The editable source file used for each page.
