Spanish-English Translation & PDF Formatting
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have several business documents currently saved as JPEG scans. I need them translated from Spanish into clear, accurate English and then re-assembled into a professionally formatted PDF. Because these files are for internal use, the priority is correctness and readability, not recreating every visual detail of the originals; a clean, business-ready layout is fine.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Extract the Spanish text from each JPEG, translate it faithfully into English, and return it in a neutral business tone.
• Lay the English content out in a well-structured, consistent design—headings, bullet points, tables, and any logos or signatures should be positioned logically so the final file looks polished even if it isn’t an exact replica.
• Deliver a final, print-ready PDF plus the editable source file (Word or Google Docs).
I’ll supply the JPEGs as soon as we start and can answer any terminology questions along the way. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any tools you prefer to use (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or MS Word). Looking forward to a smooth collaboration.
