Small PDF Text Transfer

I have fewer than ten PDF text documents that I need converted into clean, editable files. The task is straightforward: copy every bit of text exactly as it appears—paragraph breaks, headings, punctuation—into a new document. No rewriting, reformatting, or additional data entry is required; accuracy is the priority.

Deliverables:
• One editable file (Word, Google Doc, or plain .txt) for each source PDF, using the same filename.
• All text preserved in the original order, with sensible handling of page and line breaks.

A quick visual check for missing characters or awkward PDF extractions (ligatures, split words, etc.) is expected before you send the files back.
