Simplified-to-Traditional User Guide Translation

I have a 20-page User Guide that currently exists only as an uneditable PDF in Simplified Chinese. I need every word converted into Traditional Chinese and returned to me as a new PDF. A one-to-one visual replica is not necessary—keeping fonts, headings, and images in roughly the same places is enough—but the text must track the original section by section so users can follow along easily.

Here are the essentials you’ll work with:
• Source: single, locked PDF (Simplified Chinese)
• Scope: 20 pages, text-heavy with a few screenshots
• Task: convert all content to Traditional Chinese; no additional proofreading or stylistic editing is required—just an accurate language conversion
• Output: PDF in Traditional Chinese, layout similar to the original

You may choose whatever workflow you prefer—OCR with Adobe Acrobat, manual re-typesetting in InDesign, or any CAT tool—as long as the final file is clean, legible, and ready for immediate distribution. I’ll provide the source PDF as soon as we start and will be available to answer terminology questions quickly so the project can move along without delays.

Once you are done, simply deliver the finished Traditional Chinese PDF.
