Scanned Pages to Formatted PDF
Budget: $10 – $20 SGD
I have a set of scanned pages that must be turned into fully editable, searchable PDFs while keeping every bit of the original layout intact—fonts, headings, bold text, tables, images, the works. Accuracy is essential, so I’ll need you to run solid OCR, double-check the output, and return clean files that mirror the source page for page.
You can work with whatever OCR or desktop-publishing tools you prefer (Adobe Acrobat Pro, ABBYY FineReader, OCR-enabled Word, etc.) as long as the final deliverable is a polished PDF that looks and reads just like the scan. If you spot illegible areas, flag them so I can provide clarification.
When you send the finished PDF, include:
• A fully formatted, searchable file ready for immediate use
• A brief note about any sections that required manual correction or could not be resolved
Turnaround time is flexible, but let me know how many pages you can realistically handle per day so we can schedule milestones accordingly.
