Rotate Word Text & Layout to Print Avery Labels

I already have the text arranged exactly as I want it—font, size, colour and all—in a Word document. All that’s left is to turn that block 90 ° counter-clockwise, keep every bit of its existing formatting intact, and place it on a sheet of 2" × 3.5" Avery labels so each label shows the text perfectly centred both vertically and horizontally.
Please return the finished layout in a print-ready file (Word is fine; a PDF as well would be ideal) so I can send it straight to the printer without further tweaking.
