Retype Blueprint Margin Annotations

I’m digitising a set of construction drawings and need every note that appears in the page margins transcribed with absolute fidelity. Your task is to lift those side-column annotations and re-type them so the resulting document mirrors the original layout, font style, size, and colour.

I will supply high-resolution scans; you return a single, clean PDF that is fully searchable and visually indistinguishable from the source text. Exact formatting is crucial, so please be comfortable matching typefaces and subtle spacing differences—Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or any equivalent tool is fine as long as the output looks identical.

Accuracy must be near perfect; abbreviations, symbols, and line breaks should stay where they appear in the blueprint. Once the PDF is complete and I’ve spot-checked it against the originals, the job is done.
