Resize Mixed-Content PDF to A4

I have a single PDF that isn’t in A4 format yet. It holds a mix of text and images, and I need every page converted to true A4 size. Please adjust the text and graphics so everything fits neatly on the new page size—no cropping, no missing elements, and legibility intact.

I don't know why freelancer changing the price to $250 when i am trying to put $10-$30???not sure what is going on with freelancer.
