I’m looking for someone who can jump on TeamViewer with me today (Arizona-MST) to get this Windows machine back in shape. Adobe acrobat DC OCR fix malware refuses uninstall even after I removed Acrobat and others through the Control Panel and ran Malwarebytes; traces of the program and an OCR-related infection are still sitting somewhere on the system and I’m getting the usual sluggish behaviour that comes with leftover malware.
