Refresh Color-Coded PDF Floor Plans

I will supply three existing floor-plan PDFs together with a second Excel Document that lists every room’s new classification and the exact colour swatch that now applies. Your task is to open each plan in Illustrator (or another vector-friendly editor), recolour the rooms that have changed, and update the key/legend so it reflects every current room type—including several brand-new categories that are not on the originals.

Once complete, export each revised floor as a press-ready PDF, keeping layer structure and resolution identical to the source files so my print vendor can slot them straight into production.

Deliverables
• 3 updated floor-plan PDFs, one per building
• Corrected legend on each floor showing all old and new room types with their new colours
• Working file set (AI or equivalent) so we can make future tweaks in-house

I’ll review by overlaying your output on the existing plans; any stray colours or missing legend items will need to be corrected before sign-off.
