Redesign Fillable Roofing Estimate PDF

Our current roofing estimate form was built in Adobe Acrobat but the page size is wrong and the fields are clunky. I need the entire document rebuilt so it matches Legal size (8.5 x 14 inches) and still looks sharp when printed. While you are at it, please turn every key area—Customer information, Service details, and Payment information—into clean, tab-order-friendly fields that can be filled on both desktop and mobile devices without any zoom gymnastics.

Digital signatures are a must; customers should be able to sign on a touchscreen or with Acrobat Reader and send the form straight back. The layout can stay close to what we already use, yet feel free to tighten spacing or adjust fonts so everything lines up perfectly on the longer page.

Deliverables:
• A polished, print-ready PDF at Legal size
• Fully interactive form fields for the three sections above
• Embedded e-signature capability that works in standard PDF readers (Adobe Acrobat, Apple Preview, common mobile apps)
• One test version showing sample data to confirm alignment and field logic
