Receipt Editing & Exact Font Matching

I have 6 receipts in PDF form that need small text revisions—of just the name and removing the QR code. —while preserving the look of the originals. The key requirement is that every new or replaced character must use the identical typeface already present in the receipt; I’m not looking for an approximation, but a perfect match.

You will receive the source PDFs plus a note of the edits. Open-type extraction, font identification, and precise kerning are part of the job, so please be comfortable working in tools such as Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or any workflow that lets you embed the exact font back into the file.
