Quick PDF Text Formatting Edits
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have several PDF files that need straightforward text updates while keeping a very specific formatting style intact. All wording changes are ready; the job is to replace the existing text, preserve fonts and spacing, and ensure each page still looks exactly like the original layout.
Scope (basic):
• Open the supplied PDFs in Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange, Foxit, or an equivalent editor.
• Swap out the indicated passages, headings, and footnotes.
• Apply the precise font family, size, alignment, and line spacing I will outline in a short style guide.
• Return the revised PDFs plus an editable source file (e.g., .docx or .idml) so I can update them again later if needed.
Quality check:
• No shifts in pagination, margins, or embedded links.
• All characters render correctly on screen and in print.
• File size stays close to the original.
When you respond, include a link or snapshot of past PDF text-editing work so I can see that you have handled similar formatting-critical updates before. I will share the documents and style guide as soon as we agree on the timeline.
