Quick PDF Text Corrections

I have a single PDF that needs a handful of wording tweaks—nothing more than a few words or short sentences here and there. All other content, images, and layout stay exactly as they are. The revised text must blend seamlessly with the existing font, size, colour, and alignment so no one can tell it was touched.
Please work in the editor you prefer—Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or another professional PDF tool—as long as the final file looks identical to the original apart from the corrected wording.
Deliverables:
• Updated, print-ready PDF with the text corrected and formatting perfectly matched
• (If you convert to another format for editing) the editable source file for my records
