Publish Picture book of Text Messages

I have a roughly 0.5 GB PDF file of the first couple months of text messages between my fiance and I. I want to publish it as a picture book, landscape, with two pages of the PDF per page of the book. I don't care which company, for for example the Solentro Max Landscape 11x8" book seems like a good size to fit two pages of the PDF per page of the book. The PDF is pretty much ready to go, but for example for Solentro the pages need to be JPEG and I don't know how to do this using Adobe. I'm open to suggestions for other formats, but really need some help with this or someone to just do it for me with my guidance.
