I have a finished résumé saved as a PDF, but the layout still looks unpolished. I need someone who knows their way around Adobe Acrobat (or another reliable PDF-editing tool) to fine-tune every visual element so the document feels clean, modern, and recruiter-ready.
Scope of work
• Re-align all text blocks so headings, dates, and bullet lists line up perfectly.
• Standardise fonts and sizes throughout the file; if you spot any serif / sans-serif inconsistencies, fix them so everything matches.
• Tidy up line spacing and section breaks so there are no awkward gaps or cramped paragraphs.
• Check each major section—header & contact details, work experience, education, and skills—and make sure the formatting looks consistent from start to finish.
• Optimise the final PDF for screen and print, ensuring file size stays reasonable without losing clarity.
Deliverables
1. A polished, ready-to-send PDF résumé.
2. The editable source file (Word, InDesign, or similar) so I can make future tweaks myself.
I’m flexible on exact fonts as long as the end result reads clearly and professionally. If you spot any other visual hiccups while you work, feel free to propose improvements. I’d like the final version back within a few days of kickoff and will provide quick feedback so we can wrap it up efficiently.
