Print-Ready PDF Reformatting
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
My multi-page PDF blends text and images, but the layout drifts when I send it to the printer. I need every page cleaned up so content sits neatly inside consistent margins and paragraphs line up the way they should. Along the way, please adjust any stray font sizes or styles so typography is uniform.
Here’s what the finished job looks like to me:
• Correct, uniform page margins across the entire file
• Precise text alignment—no lines creeping off-centre or hugging the edge
• Fonts standardised (size and style) without altering the actual copy
• Images left exactly where they are unless shifting them is required to fix the above issues
• Final deliverable: a press-ready PDF that passes a quick pre-flight check, plus the editable source file from whichever tool you chose—Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or a comparable app.
Content order stays the same; I simply want it to print perfectly the first time. Once you send a first proof, I’ll review immediately and return any mark-ups so we can wrap this up quickly. I have four PDF files to be done.
