Precise PII Redaction in PDFs
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I have a small batch of PDF files—fewer than ten pages in total—that must be professionally scrubbed before they are shared. Every piece of personally identifiable information has to be completely and irreversibly removed, and I also want any text that falls outside the scope of the request taken out as well.
Because the source is already in PDF, I need someone who is comfortable working directly in Adobe Acrobat Pro (or an equivalent secure redaction tool) so that the underlying data is not simply hidden but permanently deleted from the file’s metadata.
Deliverables
• A clean, publication-ready PDF with all targeted content fully redacted
• A companion version (or markup report) indicating each area you removed, strictly for my internal review
Turnaround is flexible but sooner is better; accuracy and true data erasure are the priorities. If this initial run goes smoothly, I may have additional documents later, so consistency and a clear method are key.
