Precise PDF-to-Word Conversion -- 2
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a batch of PDFs that must be converted into fully editable Word documents while preserving every detail of the original layout. The end goal is straightforward: I need to open each file in Word and start editing immediately, without having to fix fonts, margins, or misplaced elements.
Key points you should know before starting:
• The formatting has to match the PDFs exactly—fonts, spacing, alignment, everything.
• Tables, charts, and all headers / footers require special care; they must remain intact, correctly aligned, and fully editable.
• Accurate English typing is essential; any OCR or manual re-typing errors will defeat the purpose of this task.
Deliverables:
1. A separate .docx file for every PDF supplied, ready for direct editing.
2. Layout verification screenshots (or a short note) confirming that tables, headers, and charts display exactly as in the source.
3. Final files free of spelling or formatting discrepancies.
I’m happy to provide a small sample first so you can show how you’ll handle the conversion. If you typically use Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or a similar OCR tool alongside Microsoft Word, that’s perfect—just be sure the output is pixel-perfect.
