Precise PDF-to-Excel Transfer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need every table from a set of PDFs reproduced in a single .xlsx file so it looks and behaves exactly like the source material. The catch is that the tables don’t follow one uniform design—column counts, header labels, and row groupings shift even within the same document—yet none of the cells are merged. Some tables also embed small images or charts and I want those brought over as well, placed in the equivalent position inside the worksheet.
You may rely on Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, ABBYY FineReader, or any other OCR-assisted workflow, but please be ready to combine that with careful manual validation so punctuation, special symbols, and spacing survive the trip. I will be checking the finished workbook side-by-side against the originals; if a value, line break, or graphic is missing or misaligned, I’ll send it back for revision.
Deliverable:
• One Excel workbook (.xlsx) containing every table, image, and chart from the provided PDFs, laid out so I can immediately sort, filter, and analyse the data without further cleanup.
