Project Overview
I am producing a professional wellness/workbook PDF (approximately 15–20 pages) using an existing Canva template.
All text has already been written and organized.
I am looking for a detail-oriented Canva user to transfer the text into the correct pages of the template exactly as instructed.
This is not a design project — no creative changes are needed.
Your Responsibilities
Copy/paste provided text into the Canva template
Follow a page-by-page placement map
Duplicate template pages where needed
Ensure spacing, alignment, and formatting remain clean
Maintain the existing fonts, colors, layout structure, and brand style
Remove all placeholder text
Do not rewrite, shorten, or expand any text
Do not add images, icons, or graphics
Do not change design elements
I will handle all images and final visual refinement myself.
Requirements
Strong Canva experience
Ability to follow structured instructions carefully
High attention to detail
Consistency and accuracy in formatting
Must be comfortable working with a pre-existing branded layout
Willingness to ask clarifying questions before making changes

A fully populated Canva file
All content placed on the correct pages
No brand deviations
Clean, consistent formatting throughout
