PDF to Word Conversion with Images

I have a PDF that mixes body text and embedded images, and I need everything reproduced faithfully in an editable Word document. Every image must be extracted from the source file and placed in the exact position it appears now, and the text should follow the same fonts, headings, bullets, and spacing already used in the PDF. In short, when I open the final .docx it should look indistinguishable from the original while remaining fully editable.
