PDF Text Migration Assistant

I need a detail-oriented freelancer to take pure text out of a batch of PDFs and place it into the destination I specify. The job is straightforward—no images or videos involved—yet accuracy is critical because the text will feed directly into our live materials.
You’ll open each PDF, extract the full text, preserve headings and basic hierarchy, then supply the content in the format I request (normally a clean Word document or a copy-ready markdown file). If a page uses a scanned layer you may need light OCR; otherwise native copy-paste should do. Final text must match the source word-for-word and keep paragraph breaks intact.
Deliverables
• A separate, clearly named output file for every original PDF
• Spot-checked proof that nothing was dropped or duplicated
• A brief log noting any illegible sections or anomalies
