I have a PDF that contains straight text—no tables, no numbers—and I need every word copied into an editable file with perfect fidelity. Paragraph breaks, headings, and any italic or bold styling must remain exactly as they appear in the source.
Feel free to use the method you trust most (manual typing, Adobe Acrobat OCR, ABBYY FineReader, etc.); the only non-negotiable is 100 % accuracy. My preferred hand-off is a Word document, but I’m happy to accept a plain text file or even an Excel sheet if that’s what you work fastest in—just let me know your choice when you place the bid.
Before sending the final file, please run your own spell-check and a quick visual comparison against the PDF so that no words slip through. In your message, include your expected turnaround time and a brief note on how you’ll ensure accuracy.
