PDF Mail Merge Mapping Setup

I have a collection of fillable PDFs—more than a dozen—that need to pull text, numbers, and date values directly from a master Excel sheet. The forms share a common core layout, yet each one includes slight tweaks in field names or positions, so I need individual mapping files rather than a one-size-fits-all template.

What I will supply
• The Excel workbook containing all source data
• Every PDF form in its current, fillable state

What I am looking for
You will create the mapping files used by Adobe Acrobat’s mail-merge workflow (FDF/XFDF, an Acrobat Action, or a JavaScript-based mapping—whichever you prefer) so that each row in the spreadsheet generates a completed, flattened PDF ready for distribution.

Acceptance criteria
• Every field—regardless of whether it holds text, numbers, or dates—auto-populates correctly for each record in the sheet
• A separate, functioning mapping file (or action) for every PDF variant provided
• Clear, written steps for how I run the merge on my side in Acrobat without additional software
