There are 24 existing PDFs that need a quick but tidy refresh within the next two days. Every file keeps its current page count; all I need is a clean rearrangement of the content already there and a few targeted word swaps.

Here is the exact scope:

• Rearrange text blocks and the accompanying images so each page flows logically—no new pages or extra material.
• Replace a defined list of specific words I will provide. Nothing else about the wording changes.
• Keep fonts, colours, and overall styling intact so the finished files look identical to the originals apart from the new order and updated terms.

I will hand over the PDFs plus a spreadsheet containing the word-for-word substitutions. Feel free to use Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or any other professional PDF editor, as long as the final documents return to me in high-resolution PDF with all links and image quality preserved.

Deliverables
1. Updated versions of all 24 PDFs, ready to send immediately to print or clients.
2. Confirmation sheet (or simple note) showing each word that was changed and the page it appears on, for quick double-checking.

Timing is critical, so please accept only if the two-day turnaround is comfortable. A short example update on one file early in the process will help confirm we’re on the same page.
