I need a detail-oriented, reliable PDF editor to give an existing document a thorough refresh. The work revolves around three core tasks: updating all required text, swapping in a few new images, and re-balancing the page layout so the file reads cleanly and looks consistent from cover to back page.

The main objective is straightforward—reformat each page for better readability and cohesive design. Font styles, spacing, headers, footers, tables, and any internal links or bookmarks must remain functional and visually aligned once the overhaul is complete.
