PDF Image Revamp Needed

I have an existing PDF that looks dated only because of the images—it still reads well and the layout works, so I do not need any text edits or structural changes. What I need is a clean, professional-looking refresh of every visual element.

Here is the scope in a nutshell:
• Replace the current photos with the new high-resolution photos I will supply.
• Enhance those photos so they appear crisp and colour-balanced on both screen and print.
• Resize each image where necessary so they fit perfectly inside the existing placeholders without distorting the layout.

Please keep the document’s fonts, margins, and overall design intact; the goal is simply to swap in better imagery and make it shine. When you return the file, I would like both a print-ready PDF (300 dpi, CMYK) and a web-optimised PDF (smallest size without visible quality loss).
