PDF Image Resizing & Cropping

I need a quick tidy-up of an existing PDF. The text can stay exactly as it is; the only work required is on the images. Every image that currently looks oversized or awkwardly placed must be resized or neatly cropped so the document presents cleanly on both screen and print.
Scope
• Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat, Inkscape, or any comparable editor you are comfortable with.
• Identify each image that bleeds outside margins or appears pixelated.
• Resize or crop those images so they fit the original page layout without reducing overall clarity.
• Preserve page order, hyperlinks, and all text formatting.
• Return a flattened, final PDF plus the working file you used in case I need further tweaks later.
I expect a same-day turnaround because the changes are straightforward. Once I approve the updated PDF, the job is complete.
