Discrepancies may be missing hours, duplicated rows, or any other inconsistency you detect.

You are free to use Adobe Acrobat, Excel, or any other comparison tool you prefer, provided the final deliverable is an easy-to-read report (PDF or spreadsheet) that shows:
• the page and line reference of each issue
• the value that appears in File A vs. File B
• a short note explaining the nature of the discrepancy

Accuracy matters more than speed, so double-check your work before sending the report.
