Project Overview: I need an experienced PDF specialist to convert 3 legal agreement documents into fillable AcroForm PDFs. These forms will be integrated into a web application that programmatically injects data into specific fields.
Requirements:
Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of AcroForm text fields and field naming conventions
Attention to detail – field names must be exact and case-sensitive
Deliverables: Convert 3 existing PDF agreements into fillable forms with the following named text fields:
All 3 Documents: agreementRef, verifiedDate, clientName, clientAbn, clientAddress, repName, signDate
Website Build Agreement (additional fields): projectName, domain, totalFee, depositAmount, balanceAmount, pageLimit, pageCount, sowDeliverables, keyFeatures, designStyle, projectTimeline, specialInstructions
Ongoing Support Agreement (additional field): monthlyAmount
Important Notes:
Signature boxes must remain as visual elements only (black-bordered rectangles) – do NOT create PDF signature fields
Field names are case-sensitive and must match exactly
