PDF Form Field Updates
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have between six and ten existing fill-able PDFs that must mirror a master spreadsheet. The sheet has a single, tidy row of column headers; every header should become the definitive wording for the corresponding form field.
Here’s what I need you to do:
• Rename every current text field so the on-screen label and underlying field name both match the spreadsheet header exactly.
• Insert any new text fields that appear on the sheet but are missing from the form, keeping layout and alignment consistent with the original design.
• Leave any unnecessary elements untouched—no fields need to be removed.
I will supply the spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) and the original PDFs. Please return updated, fully functional, Acrobat-compatible PDFs ready for immediate data entry.
Accuracy in naming is critical: if a form field’s label differs from the header by even a single character, it must be fixed before delivery.
