I have a two–page section in an existing PDF—specifically pages 5 and 7—where every underlined blank needs to be turned into an interactive form element. Most of those blanks are straightforward text fields, with a handful of checkboxes mixed in. Please use Adobe Acrobat for the work and keep the current layout, font sizes, and alignment exactly as they are; the finished file should look identical to the original until someone clicks into a field.
